What we collect

When you use the property inquiry form, we collect what you choose to share:

Your name, phone number, and email address.
Your property preferences: buying or renting, locations, property type, budget range, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeline, purchase method and preapproval status (buyers), and pet information (renters).
Your approximate annual household income, as you enter it.
For buyers: whether you are a US citizen and, if not, your general immigration status category.
Any notes you add.
How you found the site, such as the referring website and campaign tags in the link you followed.
Basic technical information such as your connection’s IP address, used briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, immigration documents, financial documents, or credit information on this site. Income, citizenship and status answers are used only to point you to homes, rentals and financing options that fit your situation, and are kept private.

How we use it

To contact you about your property search by phone or email.
To send text messages, only if you checked the box agreeing to receive them.
To match you with properties that fit what you described.
To keep records of your request and your consent choices.

Text messages

Agreeing to texts is optional and not required to get help. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run this website and manage client relationships (for example, our CRM), and with parties involved in your transaction when you ask us to, such as a property manager or lender.

Fair housing

We follow fair housing laws and do not discriminate on any protected basis. Questions about pets are for property matching only. Service and assistance animals are not pets, and accommodation requests are handled separately.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below.
